Here's what Chantel had to say when we asked her how she fell in love with Steampunk...

I’ve been in love with steampunk for years. Even before I knew it had a name. I’ve always been drawn to the style. As a child, I was sucked in by the fantasy and whimsy of it all.
As a young adult, I was further enamoured by the detailed artistry, science and engineering mastery. All of my favourite worlds combined.
Steampunk is home for the “logical artist”.
It is a flourishing subculture for those artists and thinkers who belong both every and nowhere at the exact same time.
