It's that time of year again when love is in the air. Whether you have a special someone in your life or that special someone is you, what better way to show your love but to decorate your nails with Clear Jelly Stamper's new Valentines' layered stamping plates. This week's 'Get The Look' features 2 of our new Valentines' layered stamping plates. In all 5 designs, we used a combination of images from both stamping plates. Nail stamping is such a quick and easy way to create amazing nail art. CjS's layered stamping technique allows you to create images with lots of depth and colors. You can stamp one design on a nail or you can stamp many images to create a story. Stamping provides you with the ability to make a set of nails that are your own. In the following designs, we used KoKo and Claire luxury gel polish as our base colors.

Nail #1

In this nail art design, we used @KoKoandClaire #94 Bitch What? as the base gel color and cured it. The stamping designs were used from CjS's stamping plate CjSV-24 All You Need is Love. The heart design was stamped in the lower corner with CjS's stamping polish #9 REDy for Anything and then the white hearts with stamping polish #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It layered on top. In the top left hand corner, we stamped the lady in high heels with stamping polish #65 Bambina Peach for the leg, stamping polish #9 REDy for Anything for the shoes & skirt and finished it off by stamping the outline with stamping polish #1 More Like 1AM. This turned out so cute! It's a classy but sexy look.

Nail #2

This beautiful, simple nail art design was created by using @KoKoandClaire luxury gel polish #85 Love Me Tender. After curing the gel polish, we stamped the whole nail with the 'my valentine' wording from CjS Clear Jelly Stamper plate CjSV-24 All You Need is Love using stamping polish #19 Miss Maggie Mae. Choose some of the various words on the layered stamping plate and stamp them randomly all over the nail using stamping polish #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It. Have fun with it and make it your own.

Nail #3

This nail was fun to do and the finished look is very 50's pop art. The base gel polish color used for this nail design was @KoKoandClaire #49 Frosting. We chose CjS Clear Jelly Stamper layered stamping plate CjSV-22 Pop Heart for creating this retro feel. For this nail art design, we stamped the outline of the woman with #1 More Like 1AM to make it easier to see where to put the smaller parts of the stamping image. Sometimes land marking a design is a little tough when there are many parts to a finished image. To make it much easier, stamp the outline first with the color you intended to use for it in the end. Then you can fill in the image with all the pieces of the puzzle. We stamped the woman's skin using stamping polish #65 Bambina Peach followed by #62 Vixen for the lips, nails and shirt sleeve. We finished off the nail design by stamping the outline again with stamping polish #1 More Like 1AM. To fill in the bottom part of the nail, stamp a tiny dots design using stamping polish #1 More Like 1AM. We stamped one set of the lips using nail stamping polish #62 Vixen with #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It and then the outline with stamping polish #1 More Like 1AM. This image is so beautiful!

Nail #4

This nail design is very sweet and cutsie. We used KoKo and Claire luxury gel polish #12 Tempted Vixen as the base color. All the images on this nail are from CjS Clear Jelly Stamper layered stamping plate CjSV-24 All You Need is Love. The lower part of the nail was stamped with nail stamping polish #16 Shiraz and then #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It for the word love and the outline of the hearts. The nail stamping polishes used for the 2 little lovebirds were #65 Bambina Peach for their faces, #6 KaPink for their bodies, #1 More Like 1AM for the female's hair and then outlined with #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It. Who wouldn't love this design?!

Nail #5

This teaser of a design is adorable. The base color used was KoKo and Claire #25 That's a Hard GO. This is a beautiful red shade that is perfect as a Valentines' color. We chose a few different lip designs from CjS Clear Jelly Stamper layered stamping plate CjSV-22 Pop Heart. From top to bottom, the lips were stamped with #7 CjS PjS, #64 New Bud and #17 Lynnie Loves Lavender. All 3 sets of lips were accented with nail stamping polish #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It and then all outlined with #1 More Like 1 AM. To fill in the spaces around the lips, we used CjS stamping plate CjSV-24 All You Need is Love and stamped xoxo with nail stamping polish #2 Jenny's Gonna Love It. There are no rules in what colors to use so let your imagination go wild. Be sure to kiss the one you love!
